At Choice Custom Cabinetry & Design, our story began in 1979 with a simple mission: to build cabinetry that reflects the integrity, skill, and tradition of true Amish craftsmanship. Over the last four decades, we have grown into one of Pennsylvania’s most trusted cabinet makers, serving homeowners, builders, and designers across Lancaster County, Chester County, Reading, Lebanon, Harrisburg, York, Philadelphia, and beyond.

Choice Custom Cabinetry & Design, founded by Levi Stoltzfus, is a family business operating out of a 20,000 square foot facility in Honey Brook, PA, producing some of the finest custom cabinets and individually crafted, one-of-a-kind furniture pieces available in Lancaster County. Today, the company’s legacy is carried on by the founders’ sons, Steve and Leo, who grew up in the shop and learned cabinetmaking from the craftsmen who came before them.
Together, they expanded the company into a 20,000 sq. ft. facility with modern equipment, a state-of-the-art finishing system, and a large showroom — all while preserving the heart of Amish craftsmanship that defined the business from day one.

Face frames are hand-fitted
Drawer boxes are built and assembled by hand
Dovetail joints are individually cut and inspected
Floating shelves and floating cabinets are hand-reinforced and leveled manually
Doors are assembled, sanded, and finished by skilled craftsmen
Every cabinet is hand-checked before leaving the shop
Nothing is mass-produced.
